about Victoria

I’m Victoria, and I imagine, cultivate and celebrate meaning in life.

I’m a mother of two young children, an executive and leadership coach, facilitator, and diplomat. My ideal day starts with a ten-minute meditation, writing, and savoring a hot cup of tea, but the reality is usually trying to wrangle my two small children into their clothes while picking up crumbs, wiping mouths, and haphazardly eating my breakfast.

I knew I wanted to partner with others…

On a personal level, coaching has been a way for me to tap into my creativity and parts of my identity that I kept suppressed or hidden away. After working with a coach for several months, I felt my creative streak come alive, pursued a lifelong goal, and felt more confident at work. Experiencing these results firsthand, I knew I wanted to partner with others to help them do the same.

I developed Atelier Coach as your tailor-made workshop to try on new ways of being, to work with someone who has your best interests at heart, to connect with your true purpose and meaning, and to make real progress toward your goals. Witnessing my clients’ light bulb moments and personal and professional successes brings me immense joy and satisfaction.
